Quality Policy

At ACEITUNAS EL MESTO we have been working since 1973 in the PROCESSING AND PACKAGING OF TABLE OLIVES AND PICKLES. We have been evolving in the culture of quality, establishing in ACEITUNAS EL MESTO SL a Quality Management System according to the UNE EN ISO 9001:2015 Standard, which requires us to continuously improve on a daily basis.

We developed this Quality Policy based on improvement objectives that allow us to maintain the infrastructure, as well as to develop products, always adapting to the needs and requirements of our most demanding customers. With this we manage to enhance the satisfaction of our customers, as well as stimulate our workers.

From the Management of ACEITUNAS EL MESTO SL, we periodically formulate Quality Objectives specific to our food activity, related to the improvement of our processes, taking into account the context that surrounds us and that will support its strategic management, as well as the result obtained during the evaluation of risks and opportunities that we develop periodically.

For all this we decided to implement and maintain this Quality Policy, ensuring that it is communicated and understood by workers, and shared with all relevant stakeholders. This document has the total commitment of the Management who establishes, develops and applies it.
